Amerikids USA holds the registered trademark, Amerikids^®, for goods and services in certain specific International and United States classes. While Amerikids USA is sympathetic to those who have unwittingly used our registered trademark name in certain classes, we must vigorously enforce our right to that license in our class of registered trademarks.

Any person doing business using this registered trademark in these classes must cease and desist.  You may be in violation of United States Patent and Trademark Office rules and regulations.
